THE FRENCH GIRLS
With this series, I wanted to explore the feeling of longing. The photographs capture moments of emptiness, solitude, and nostalgia. The work is inspired by recent events that have occurred in my life, but I think that everyone can identify with the work. Longing is a powerful and often a painful feeling, but it is also a reminder of our capacity to feel deeply and passionately. It is through longing that we find the motivation to strive for something better, even if it is unattainable.
